Counselling Psychotherapy and Art Therapy
My name is Gabrielle. I am an experienced Psychotherapist and Art Therapist.
I am currently working remotely using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom, because of the Coronavirus lock down. This is in line with Government guidelines and allows safe social distancing.
But social nearness or distancing is often what brings people to therapy, and I have found that online video calls do approximate the face to face contact that is the normal part of the therapeutic process.
I have been practicing counselling, psychotherapy and art therapy, in and around West London, Richmond, Twickenham and Feltham for the past 12 or more years.
And the counselling and psychotherapy I offer online continues to be in a relaxed and safe setting of trust and confidentiality.
I give you the opportunity to talk freely, openly and honestly about yourself and the things that are troubling you.
The therapeutic counselling space ensures that what you say is treated non-judgmentally and with sensitivity. I give respectful care, attention and thought, to what you bring.
I work with individuals.
Currently I am working remotely using FaceTime, Skype or Zoom.
Your initial appointment gives me the opportunity to begin to think about you and your issues.
And it gives you an opportunity to experience the counselling space and decide what issues you would really like to address.
The aim is to enhance your life and enable you to live life more fully.
During the initial session we can agree to meet again. You can decide whether to work for an agreed length of time, or to work on a more open-ended basis.
I am experienced in helping clients with difficulties such as:
My practice is within easy reach of Richmond, Twickenham, Hampton, Hounslow, Ashford, Staines and Feltham.
I am a few minutes walk from Feltham main-line station and on good bus links to Richmond, Hampton and Teddington.
Feltham is 11 minutes by train from Richmond and 7 minutes by train from Twickenham.
I work weekdays and evenings. Please contact me for an appointment
